Job description
Consortia are looking for a Lead UX Designer, who wants to work in a company with a global presence in the communications industry. Working fifty percent of your time hands on and fifty percent hands off, managing a team of three.
Our client is looking for a Lead UX Designer with experience managing and recruiting a team. You will still work in a hands on role and will need to be excited about continuing this. Our clients need someone who has outstanding stakeholder management skills.

As Lead UX Designer you will take charge of strategic alignment for the company and managing your team.
Some skills that are favourable but not a deal breaker are strong research skills, native mobile app experience, and having worked in education or HCI.
This role is a London based role and you will come into the office a couple of times a week.
