Job description

Regent’s Park Healthcare are looking for an IT Lead to help us make the most of our IT systems. This includes our cloud applications, website, internal networks and equipment. You will work closely with the Senior Management, including the company’s Chief Technology Officer.

1. Chief Executive Officer

3. Finance Manager

4. Chief Technology Officer

HOURS:

Core hours 37.5hrs/week normally, 09:00 – 17:00 Monday to Friday; however, flexibility may be required to support our services. This would however be discussed and agreed with you in advance. We expect there will be no requirement to work weekends or Bank Holidays without prior & mutual agreement.

EXPEREINCE:

Information Technology: 1 year (required).

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

· Develop and implement IT strategies to support the company’s goals and objectives

· Provide technical support to all staff

· Perform troubleshooting and escalate issues to external suppliers as needed

· Maintain and update the IT asset registers for hardware and software

· Design procedures for the use of IT resources

· Manage access to company systems such as SharePoint

· Design, plan and execute training on the use of systems and applications including easily digestible training materials

· Maintain and develop the Regents Park Healthcare (built on Wix)

· Develop projects to improve our use of IT in conjunction with the Chief Technology Officer and Senior Management Team

· Perform other ad-hoc projects or tasks as assigned by the Senior Management Team

REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS

· Proven experience in at least one off these roles, or similar:

o IT support

o Website maintenance

o IT coordinator

· Solid knowledge of Microsoft applications

· Strong understanding of popular cloud applications (e.g. Office 365, Google Forms, DropBox etc.)

· Critical thinker and problem-solver with great attention to detail

· Excellent communication and people skills

· Hands-on experience with troubleshooting IT issues

· Excellent organisational and coordination abilities

· Any experience with building “no code” applications will be an advantage

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £32,000.00-£36,000.00 per year
