Lead iOS Engineer, Mobile Team

As an iOS Lead Engineer, you will be responsible for leading and developing a team of iOS engineers, driving architecture, process, standards and steering the technical direction of our products. A need to be hands-on and focused to ensure our product improves from a customer and technical perspective.
We expect engineers to take ownership, have the desire of curiosity, passion, a driven, enthusiastic mentality, and to be proficient in algorithms problem solving. Effective communication is an attribute we care deeply about, as an engineer, you and your team will move in a fast-paced engineering environment to achieve outstanding results..

We need knowledge, experience + expertise in:
Leading an engineering team inclusive of people management with the goal of a high-performant, self-sufficient, autonomous team
Strong testing experience from code quality through to security, customer journeys and accessibility
Experience with agile software development methodologies
Architect, design, build, and deliver world class modular white-label iOS applications, written in Swift, SwiftUI and Combine
Strong written and verbal communication skills. You can talk tech to non-tech people!
And would love you to know or learn:
Consumer lending or credit card issuing industry
BFF architectural pattern based on GraphQL, Serverless or similar technology
