Job description
The Lead Generation Specialist is responsible for managing a variety of tasks involving the company's lead generation and marketing strategies. A successful Lead Generation Specialist will ideate and conduct market research, then utilise the results to develop more effective strategies. This position works closely with the other departments to ensure the success of the overall strategy and leads the efforts of the team.
Responsibilities:
- Delivering 5* Customer Service
- Monitoring our client's targets
- Setting up new b2c campaigns
- Manage a campaign's success
- Handling customer queries
- Presenting in person to potential customers
- Assisting sales and lead generation
- Fulfil sales transactions using a tablet or similar device
