The Lead Data Architect will be responsible for the overall performance of the ‘Analytics’ element of the Pathways business capability.

The Lead Data Architect will be responsible for:

Developing the team that will create the ‘Analytics’ aspect of the Pathway work. This will utilise the workflow and datapoints made available through the ‘process’ and ‘solution development’ Pathway phases
They will act as an authority on the ‘analytics’ aspects of the Pathway work and develop this aspect of the business capability by ‘cycling’ appropriate associates through Pathway projects to give exposure to complex data engineering work
Providing expert input / thought leadership during Pathway deployments to successfully deliver for our clients as part of the NHSE plan for Digital and Social Care where there will be multiple complex projects running in parallel to achieve NHSE's planned timelines
