Job Description: Job Title Lead Business Functional Analyst Location London Corporate Title Vice President Operations’ F2B (Front to Back) Digital Transformation Portfolio is managing cost reduction and processing efficiencies through digital automation, core technology, and process engineering within the IB (Investment Bank) and Cross Product Operations groups. You will join the F2B Transformation Team as a core member of the central program execution group, and you will be responsible for one or more digital automation streams. As a Lead Business Functional Analyst, you will execute and oversee the functional delivery of multiple existing and new automation opportunities for Investment Banking and Cross-Product Operations, reporting into the Program Director. You will manage projects from inception through to delivery acting as the technical liaison between the Business and IT stakeholders. You will also conduct and oversee the technology landscape for Operations automation initiatives. You will also direct a matrix team to drive planning & Agile delivery across a digital automation portfolio.
