As a Barclays Lead Business Analyst, you will be responsible for providing support and management to the Technology Business Analysis team, including strategy, performance management and recruitment. The individual will define business analysis/user story best practice, be accountable for business analysis deliverables on the Jetbridge 2.0 program and help define the strategy of the application. You will be responsible for ensuring solutions are designed in the right way, bearing in mind short and long-term impact on business objectives.

• Defining analysis approach in line with the strategic vision of the program
- Working across multiple smaller projects managing small analysis teams on each
- Setting the team work ethic, dynamic, attitude through and effective management
- Articulating and presenting commercial effectiveness of requirement proposals within a project or initiative
- Working independently to elicit, validate and document systems requirements
- Facing off to one or many business areas/SMEs understanding high level requirements and challenging where necessary
• Broad industry and function knowledge
- Proven experience of the Software development lifecycle, the roles and responsibilities on large projects and the motivations of the actors involved
- Broad experience of working in multiple large scale change program
- Proven extensive experience of working with a range of project Methodologies and proven track record of executing within the organizations project preferred methodology
Skills that will help you in the role:
• Broad experience of stakeholder management
- Proficiency in the usage of the underpinning frameworks and tools for business analysis documentation e.g. UML
- Proven experience and knowledge to guide and inform IT to ensure all aspects of requirements are considered in Technical Design.
- Proven Business Analysis Accreditation
Where will you be working?
Knutsford
You will be based in Radbroke, Knutsford. The Barclays Technology Campus just outside Manchester is our tech command Centre and a vital strategic powerhouse behind our global operations. The campus is set in a 64acre self-contained site, in a beautiful green environment and it offers unrivalled facilities for work and for play. We have an onsite gym, as well as outdoor tennis, football and cricket areas, as well as onsite restaurant and coffee shops.
