LE LABO – Marketing Operations Assistant – FTC 12 Months
Le Labo is looking for an enthusiastic and organised individual to join the team as Marketing Operations Assistant. This role is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about the fragrance industry, understands the retail environment and enjoys working with international markets.
The position will be based in Le Labo’s East London Office and will report to the Marketing Operations Lead.
This role is for a 12-month fixed term contract.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Marketing Operations Lead in creating training content and sharing information internally and externally with international markets (EMEA, APAC and LATAM)
- Support all operations linked to the personalized label artwork and software: track new doors and launches, prepare and submit requests, cross-check, prepare and distribute labelling files
- Assist new markets in setting up and navigating Le Labo’s personalized labelling application
- Administrative support for existing doors (ie. gathering information, ad-hoc troubleshooting)
- Update and keep on top of trackers, files and decks related to personalized labelling; create new where needed
- Gather information internally for labelling files or training decks (assortments, product availability, collateral specs, etc.), working closely with Global departments in New York – Artwork Management, Marketing, Supply Chain, Packaging, Product Development
- Prepare requests for graphic designer (mock-ups, photoshoot files, etc.)
- Assist with procurement (Purchase Orders, invoice submission) for external suppliers
- Ensure archiving and record-keeping for company compliance

Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Fluency in English, one other European language is a plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to speak to a variety of people to collaborate with all departments, affiliates internally and retailers externally
- Confident using digital applications and willingness to familiarize with new platforms
- Computer literate, particularly in Excel, PowerPoint and Word
- Multi-tasking and developed commercial awareness
- Excellent administration, organisation and time-management skills
- Attention to detail and meticulous approach to all tasks
- Enthusiastic about learning in a fast-paced environment and maintain a proactive attitude
- Previous retail experience
- Knowledge of the perfume and beauty industry is a plus
