Your Job
- Travelling to customer sites in and around Norwich to service and repair LCVs, in accordance with current legislation;
- Fault-finding and diagnostics as directed;
- Supporting customers;
- Completing inspections on engines and electrical components and rectifying problems within specific timeframes;
- Carrying out servicing, repairs and maintenance to both new and used vehicles (predominantly large 5t Sprinter vans).
Knowledge, Skills & Experience
- NVQ Level 3 in Light Vehicle Mechanics & Maintenance Repair (or equivalent);
- Knowledge and experience of servicing and maintaining LCVs and other commercial vehicles and the ability to perform repairs on various types and brands of vehicle;
- Experience in carrying out diagnostic repairs and fault finding;
- Full valid driving license;
- Excellent communication and customer service skills;
- A real commitment to delivering first class service and a sense of pride in your work.
