About the Role:
Our award-winning Law Clinic operates within the Faculty of Business and Law at ARU and provides co-curricular opportunities to Law students to enhance their employability skills and experience. Additionally, we deliver free legal advice to members of the local communities across Cambridge, Chelmsford and Peterborough, as well as working with clients from around the UK and the world.
We are currently seeking an individual with an enthusiastic approach to join our Student Engagement Team as a Law Clinic Administrator. In this role, you will work alongside the Law Clinic Director to support administrative and student-facing activities for our Clinic. The position involves engaging with our students, academic teams, external law professionals and the wider community, therefore excellent customer focus and interpersonal skills are essential.
Ideally with a degree, you’ll have two A-levels or equivalent. You will be able to plan and progress work activities, to work effectively as part of the team and be adaptable to meet deadlines. Relevant administrative experience, IT literacy and the ability to multitask are also required to be successful in this role.
This is a hybrid role that allows for work from home, but also requires some attendance on campus for activities or meetings that cannot be done remotely.
