YLG - Yazdani Law Group is an immigration law firm based in Toronto, Ontario with offices across Canada and overseas. We are ONE BIG family spread across multiple time zones!
We are looking for a friendly, organized, and self-motivated Law Clerk who is ready to hit the ground running!

Job Responsibilities
- Management of multiple files from beginning to end (i.e. from initial document review to finial submission drafting)
- Direct written and verbal communication with clients
- Processing clients' applications, including, collecting documents, organizing documents, completing immigration forms, and drafting supporting documents
- Detailed analysis and translation of client documents
- Organize and maintain file list
- Maintain timely and effective communication with clients and other stakeholders
- Conducting research when necessary and staying up to date with immigration programs
- Ad Hoc projects as required
Job Qualifications
- Fluent in Farsi and English
- Understanding of both permanent and temporary immigration categories
- Completion of Legal Assistant or Law Clerk Program is an asset
- Immigration experience in a law firm and/or immigration consulting firms
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
- Strong research and drafting skills
- Technology-savvy with excellent technical proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
