Concert Retail Merchandise Assistant

Latitude Festival, Henham Park, Suffolk

20th-23rd July 2023

National Merchandise, the largest merchandise concession in the UK and Ireland, offers a wide range of services including merchandise development, venue merchandise sales management and live event merchandise sales.

We manage merchandise concessions for both one-off and multi-date events and merchandise sales at live events across live venues around the UK and Ireland. No event is too large or too small for National Merchandise!

We’re looking for Concert Retail Merchandise Assistants to join our Merchandise team to work at Latitude. With headliners such as Pulp, Paolo Nutini & George Ezra, with supporting acts including The Kooks, Sophie Ellis-Bexter, James & The Proclaimers this is the festival to work at if you are a music lover!

It is vital that you have excellent communication skills, with the ability to deal with challenging customers if the need arises. Previous experience in retail or customer service would be an advantage but is not essential. Full training will be given.

You will be paid £11 per hour plus holiday pay and receive a £10 per day food allowance.
