Land & New Homes Key Account Manager

What you’ll be doing.
As a Key Account Manager, you will be accountable for maximising all opportunities within the Land & New Homes Division of our corporate clients. We are seeking a highly experienced account manager who can deliver hands on training and effective coaching to achieve the desired engagement and agreed targets.
What you’ll be responsible for
- ·You will manage and nurture the relationship with the Regional Land Directors in correlation with the agreed 12-month plan.
- You will proactively engage with your portfolio of Land agents in order to increase and achieve monthly instruction targets, you will also seek to develop new relationships with the wider network of land operators.
- You will assist in developing a streamlined process between iamproperty and Land & New Homes, working in collaboration with key stakeholders.
- You will be a confident presenter who enjoys delivering training on our proposition to all new Landowners.
- You will attend monthly or quarterly meetings with key stakeholders to ensure continuous collaboration and engagement. You will also present in sales meetings to help drive performance.
- When required you will attend meetings with Developers and attend at external conferences and 3rd party meetings.
What we need from you
- ·You will need to be experienced in both the Land & New Homes sector and Account Management, with a proven track record of hitting targets and delivering results within the property sector.
- You will be experienced in dealing with stake holders at all levels from Negotiators through to Directors.
- This role requires flexibility around nationwide travel with possible overnight stays.
- We need you to be organised, you will manage your own diary effectively enabling you to attend a minimum of 3 appointments per day.
- You will be a confident and inspiring presenter, with experience of presenting to large audiences.
- You will be individually disciplined, with the ability to self-motivate at all times.
