Key Responsibilites
- Manufacturing fiberglass products to strict specifications
- Constantly monitoring quality to ensure it is to the standard that is required
- Ability to identify and resolve any GRP issues
- Maintain a clean, tidy and organised workspace and to ensure a clean readily workable area ready for production the following day.
- Always follow health and safety guidelines
Technical Skills
- Hand laminating to a high standard
- Ability to carry out detailed repairs when necessary
- A good overall understanding of GRP manufacturing
