Key Responsibilites

• Manufacturing fiberglass products to strict specifications
• Constantly monitoring quality to ensure it is to the standard that is required
• Ability to identify and resolve any GRP issues
• Maintain a clean, tidy and organised workspace and to ensure a clean readily workable area ready for production the following day.
• Always follow health and safety guidelines

Technical Skills

• Hand laminating to a high standard
• Ability to carry out detailed repairs when necessary
• A good overall understanding of GRP manufacturing
