We have some amazing opportunities for school leavers with a passion for Formula One and Motorsport to join our company as a Laminating apprentice at our Wellingborough site. You would be working with some of the best production operatives in the business and gain a wealth of knowledge and skills.
This is a great way to start your career in the industry as well as gaining a qualification. The course is Engineering Operative Level 2.
You would be contracted to work Monday to Friday 8:00am to 4:30pm. The apprenticeship training provider will come on site every couple of weeks to provide the theory side of your course. The duration of the apprenticeship is between 18 and 24 months.

You will be provided with in-depth training in the below:
Laminating and tooling across a broad range of products- Checking information on drawings is clear
- Checking route card instructions are correct
- Help develop processes to improve quality and efficiency
- Keep all equipment maintained
- Ensure the department is kept clean and tidy
- Breaking parts out of moulds carefully and avoiding damage to the part and the moulds.
