Responsibilities:

• Assist in various construction tasks on the housing site, including but not limited to: digging, carrying materials, erecting temporary structures, and general site maintenance.
• Collaborate with the construction team to ensure the smooth progress of the project.
• Operate and maintain construction tools and equipment safely and efficiently.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment for all workers on-site.
• Support other tradesmen and skilled workers as directed by supervisors.
• Maintain a clean and organised work area.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a labourer on a construction site is essential.
• Physical fitness and the ability to perform physically demanding tasks for extended periods.
• Strong work ethic and a positive attitude toward teamwork.
• Good communication skills and the ability to follow instructions.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
