C. L. Martin & Co. Limited rents, leases and sells temporary modular buildings, primarily school classrooms. We work with our customers to deliver full-service solutions for their classroom needs.

We have a several summer season positions for Laborers in Floradale, ON.
ROLE SUMMARY & IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE
The Seasonal Laborer is an essential role within the CLM branch. The role is responsible for cleaning, maintenance, repair, and moving our Modular fleet. The ideal candidate will be willing to learn to use power tools, lift to 35kg, and willing to learn. No specific experience is required. Any training that is needed will be provided.
Working hours are Monday-Friday, 8 – 12 hours per day.
Duties and Responsibilities:
· Complete general labor type duties.
· Work closely with the Fleet Administrator and provide update on condition of fleet.
· General maintenance duties, such as painting, and fleet care.
· Loading/Unloading of decks, ramps, furniture, and other items as needed
· Work as an assistant with a building moving crew.
Qualifications:
· Able to work in a fast-paced environment, while juggling multiple priorities.
· Willingness to travel to customer sites within the local service area, during work hours.
· Must be punctual with start time because most of the work is away from our yard.
· Positive attitude, with strong work ethic and team player.
· Strong written and verbal communication skills.
· Able to pass a pre-employment criminal records check.
Physical Requirements
· Must stand for long periods, with frequent lifting up to 35kg.
· Learn to use power tools.
· Able to work in all weather conditions (outdoors)
