The role…..
The role involves processing of samples taken from clinical trial participants, logging of samples and their subsequent processing, storage/shipping, carrying out pregnancy testing, drugs of abuse testing, assisting with general organisation of the lab and preparation of supplies for study visits.
A good all-round education is required as well as an interest in laboratory work, Previous experience desirable but not essential as full training will be given to the right candidate.
Ability to communicate effectively with the team is essential as well as having good organisational skills. You should have excellent attention to detail and be able to use your own initiative.
You must be able to work in accordance with a varied shift pattern including early shifts, late shifts and weekend work.
