Lab Technician
Location: Crossgates
Working hours: Full time 37.5 hours or Part time – 3 full days minimum- weekend working essential
Salary: Competitive salary plus a team bonus!
Experience level: must have current optical lab experience

At Specsavers, our Laboratory Technicians use the latest computer-controlled equipment and an eye for detail & accuracy, allowing them to maintain high standards maximise customer satisfaction.
With your previous knowledge of an Optical Lab, you will be part of a team responsible for preparing customer’s spectacle orders to the highest standard and be confident with the following responsibilities:
- Accurately reading lens and frame specifications from prescriptions that are received
- Setting and glazing lenses into frames ensuring attention to detail at all times
- Complete necessary minor repairs and adjustments
- Working towards agreed timeframes to meet customer expectations
