Are you ready for a new challenge? Do you want to join us on our Future Fuels journey? We currently have an opportunity for a KYC & Credit Risk Manager in our office in Larbert, offering a competitive salary and flexible working between home based and office work.
As KYC & Credit Risk Manager, you will lead a high performing team that satisfies the needs and requirements of the business in delivering ‘best in practise’ in the management of protecting company risk exposure whilst embracing a continuous improvement culture. You will be responsible for ensuring all Know Your Customers checks are completed as appropriate, including adverse media, PEPS/Sanctions and fraud checks. You will liaise with our credit and business intelligence partners as well as our credit insurers and be responsible for ensuring credit risk within Certas is minimised, whilst helping the business to identify future potential growth opportunities.
You will be involved in new and exciting projects, from new products through to new acquisitions, bringing them onboard and aligning with Certas policies and standards.
You will be an effective team leader with proven experience of leading & motivating teams, demonstrating a positive attitude and willingness to take ownership and accountability.
