Job Description

As KYC/AML Analyst, you will be part of the operational compliance team and take on duties including:

  • Supporting senior management in managing operational compliance issues in relation to the support and management of wider portfolios
  • Conducting AML/KYC searches on delivery partners, customers and suppliers in line with AML procedures and policy
  • Recording data to the retention of delivery partners information in line with GDPR requirements
  • Providing effective business partner support to the business units across the bank, working closely together with the wider team to deliver operational compliance requirements
  • Building relationships with stakeholders across non-operational departments

The Successful Applicant

The required skills for the KYC/AML Analyst are:

  • Knowledge of KYC/AML procedures and checks
  • Proven experience in a CDD/AML role is essential
  • Working knowledge of Money Laundering Regulations 2017 and associated industry guidance is also essential
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to build good relationships is important
  • Desire to serve customers and a proactive approach to finding solutions
