Overview
We are looking to appoint an ambitious and inspiring class teacher to lead our KS1 team from September 2023.
Salary: MPS - UPS + Fringe allowance with TLR2 (approx £2873)
Contract: Permanent
Hours: Full time

About the role
We are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic KS1 teacher to lead our KS1 team.
The role is class based with dedicated leadership time each week.
You will be well supported by the leadership team and have the opportunity to work alongside our other Phase Leaders within the school. We believe in professional development for all of our staff and opportunities to develop both as a teacher and a leader are provided
About you
We wish to employ an inspiring, professional and thoughtful teacher who is both creative and passionate about learning and has experience of working across KS1.
The successful candidate will have the ability to use a range of teaching styles and appropriate strategies to meet the needs of all children enabling them to be the best they can, the enthusiasm and aptitude to lead and inspire others, is pro-active and self-motivated to develop irresistible learning opportunities for our children, excellent organisational and communication skills, a commitment to enabling the best possible opportunities for all of our children and a genuine warmth and concern for the welfare of children and the school community.
