Job description
We are looking for an experinced employee who has preferabily worked in knitwear pressing, if not knitwear then some form of laundry pressing. the role will carry a number of roles related to our washing and pressing programme. Learning to operate and run the industrial washing machine and drier followed by pressing of the garments to the given measurements and instructions of the technical information sheets and helping in the packing too. This may seem alot but we are not manufacturing hundreds and hundreds of garments per week. Our clients are high end and its Quality over quanity and the role requires a very good eye for detail as in the final pressing this is where we can spot for any final faults. That said it is paramount that once settled into the post the ability to work to a schedule and deadline is most important as work can often build up between samples and orders. We are team and other members are on hand to help and support.
