Nestling at the foot of the Mountains of Mourne, the magnificent Slieve Donard Resort and Spa stands in six acres of immaculate private grounds. Position Statement:
Opportunities are available both within the Hotel and the Percy French with a range of shifts to accommodate work/life balance.
As a Kitchen Steward you will be responsible for:
- Ensuring efficient operation of the kitchen function and delivery of clean crockery and cutlery
- Ensuring kitchen areas are maintained in a clean and tidy manner
- Ensuring all equipment and materials are used correctly and any problems reported
- Maintaining the security and cleanliness of stock areas at all times
- Complying with all health, safety and hygiene procedures
- Working effectively with all internal stakeholders, ensuring a high standard of communication is adhered to
- Assisting the Chefs as required
Essential Criteria
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Ability to work under pressure
- Ability to take direction and work independently

- Previous experience within a similar role
