We are actively looking for an individual, who shares our passion for transforming kitchens, presenting design solutions and providing outstanding customer service.
Granite & TREND Transformations is an award winning, global brand that provides a unique kitchen and bathroom makeover solution. At the core of our offering is Etherium™ by E-Stone, a 7mm engineered stone that is applied directly over existing kitchen worktops. Known as ‘the top that fits on top’, our brand has completed more than 1 million makeovers in the past 27 years. We also offer a complete kitchen makeover option by removing existing dated doors, replacing them with made-to-measure vinyl, acrylic and wood options.
We are expanding our sales team and seeking an experienced kitchen sales designer to help spearhead our growth across the lucrative Surrey and Kent areas in the South East of England. You will need a love for sales and working with customers. We will provide an induction-training course on our distinct products, systems and processes.
The job description:
- Attend between two to three prearranged in-home sales visits: Each visit usually lasts 1 – 2 hours depending on scope of the project.
- Listen, understand customers’ expectations and identify their budget.
- Present our company, our products, our sustainability story and offer solutions.
- Guide customersthrough the selection process to design their dream kitchen makeover solution, matched to their own specific requirements and budget.
- Generate salesin line with company & territory targets and KPI’s.
- In addition to receiving leads via the regional marketing activities undertaken by the franchise, you will be expected to develop a pipeline of self-generated leads, by tapping into the brands PWOM marketing initiatives and commercial sales opportunities.
- You will have access to our Customer Finance Programme and be able to offer a range of interest free payment solutions to customers.
- Your Skills: Great sales & communication skills, Excellent customer service skills, Good IT skills for CRM use & customer follow-up, Team player, Highly organized, a Self-Starter, Values prompt follow-up and has an eye for design. A full driver’s license is also required.

Salary: £40,000.00-£55,000.00 per year
