We are looking for a dedicated, thoughtful, and fearless Kitchen Manager to join our team and help us expanding our brand in our new restaurant.

Your main responsibilities will be:
- Lead, develop and motivate team encouraging team progression
- Being a ROLE model by leading from the front
- Maintaining Hop culture and spreading Hop believes
- Support team meetings
- Creating a safe and clean store environment overseeing all Health & Safety protocols and procedures

- Review financial reportnd stock management

Essential requirements:
- A fearless attitude
- At least 1 year of previous relevant experience, preferably Kitchen manager position
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Attention to detail
- Lots of energy

Pay rate:
Up to £35,000
full time, up to 45 hours per week
Permanent contract after successful completion of the probation period
Flexible shift pattern with a mix of morning, evening and weekend shifts required.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: Up to £35,000.00 per year
