Job description

We are looking for a Kitchen Assistant to join our team in Jesmond, Newcastle upon Tyne NE2 2AN!

Previous experience within a kitchen environment preferred but not essential, all training will be given.

Duties will include but not be limited to:

• Setting up dinning area ready for food service
• cleaning down after service
• Putting deliveries away, with good stock rotation
• Sweeping and Mopping Floors
• Washing laundry bags according to schedule
• Cleaning the kitchen according to the cleaning schedule
• Must be a team player willing to own their role
• A current level 2 Food Hygiene certificate preferred but not essential

Working hours are 11am to 8pm 2 days over 7 making it 16 hour working week. Weekend work may be required and must be able to travel to the site at NE3 3HZ. A DBS check will be carried out before you start employment with us.

Job Type: Part-time
Part-time hours: 16 per week

Salary: £10.75 per hour
