Key responsibilities

• To assist with food preparation in kitchen to the CH&CO standard as required.
• To set up service counters for service and keep the service areas clean, tidy and presentable in line withthe CH&CO standards.
• Clean and wash up all equipment, kitchen and service areas to comply with cleaning schedules.
• To ensure that merchandising at service counters and dining areas have products correctly priced, labelled and in date.
• Work with colleagues to maintain food availability during service periods.
