We are looking for a Kitchen Porter to join our team!
Hours Monday - Friday 7:00am - 3:30pm 40 hours per week

We do simple sarnies really well, hospitality that’s heavenly, delectable fine dining and anything else in between is beautifully presented while always being, tasty and delicious. Quite simply, food is our passion.

Main Purpose of the role:
To assist in the provision of an excellent catering and beverage service.
Responsibilities
· Check in deliveries and put away in appropriate area.
· Clean pots, all catering utensils, crockery, cutlery, glassware
· Vegetable and salad prep
· Clear restaurant trollies
· Replace clean crockery, cutlery, equipment to the correct areas
· To maintain the necessary standards of personal hygiene, cleanliness and appearance.
· Remove refuse to outside area.
· Clean refuse bins throughout kitchen and pot-wash and refill with bag.
· Sweep and mop pot-wash floor
· Complete daily cleaning tasks as per the cleaning schedule.
· Complete weekly cleaning tasks as per the cleaning schedule.
· To work as part of a team within the catering service.
· To support all company policies and to ensure compliance with current Health and Safety at Work Regulations, Food Safety Act Regulations and COSHH Regulations.
· To participate in the arrangements for performance review and appraisal.
· To perform any other duties, commensurate with the grade of the post, as directed by the head chef/ management.
