We are seeking a friendly, enthusiastic and reliable kitchen porter for immediate start. You must be able to work in a kitchen environment, be part of a team and work effectively and efficiently. Complying with Health and Safety regulations, Be able to follow processes, be structured and organised. This position requires the candidate to be flexible for shift work, with weekends and bank holidays included. Staff uniform is provided.
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
Wash crockery and utensils
Daily clean of kitchen areas
Deep clean of kitchen equipment
Keep stores areas neat and tidy
Keep refrigeration and freezers organised
Report failing equipment to Supervisor
Report Health and Safety hazards to Supervisor
Communicate effectively with staff
Contribute to stock taking as required
Provide Porter support with deliveries
Carry out other duties as may reasonably be required from time to time
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 30 per week
Salary: £7.49-£10.42 per hour
