A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a kitchen porter to join us at Fonab Castle Hotel & Spa in Perthshire, Scotland.

The Role:
- Operate dishwasher to clean crockery and cutlery
- Carry out cleaning tasks including washing pots and pans and cleaning food preparation areas and equipment
- Unload food deliveries
- Ensure all work surfaces, walls and floors are clean and sanitised
- Carry out any additional duties instructed by the Head Chef.
The Person:
- Previous experience of working in a similar role would be preferred, but is not essential as full training can be provided
- No qualifications necessary
- Ability to work well as a member of the team and hotel family
- Committed to professional excellence
