A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a kitchen porter to join us at Fonab Castle Hotel & Spa in Perthshire, Scotland.

The Role:

  • Operate dishwasher to clean crockery and cutlery
  • Carry out cleaning tasks including washing pots and pans and cleaning food preparation areas and equipment
  • Unload food deliveries
  • Ensure all work surfaces, walls and floors are clean and sanitised
  • Carry out any additional duties instructed by the Head Chef.

The Person:

  • Previous experience of working in a similar role would be preferred, but is not essential as full training can be provided
  • No qualifications necessary
  • Ability to work well as a member of the team and hotel family
  • Committed to professional excellence

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Apprenticeship
Part-time hours: 20-40 per week
