THE ROLE
As part of our team, you will…
have the opportunity to shape and deliver authentic Nobu hospitality to all of our guests. We are firm believers that the highest level of service comes from genuine interaction, therefore we hold the concept of Kokoro close to our hearts. You will be responsible for wowing our guests with exceptional service and making them feel at home.
Looking after the needs of the team to ensure the efficient running of the Kitchen Function
Ensure any queries are dealt with and resolved
Support the team with training
Liaising with suppliers, ordering and stock control
Employee administration such as holidays, absences and scheduling
ABOUT YOU
Ideally you would have previous hospitality experience, ideally gained in a similar ‘Lifestyle’ boutique hotel, destination fine dining restaurant or cocktail lounge/bar
Excellent organisational and planning skills, and strong communication
Be comfortable in your ability to multi-task, prioritise and remain calm under pressure
