Job description
We are looking for a full time production kitchen team leader to join the Benugo team at the prestigious Ashmolean Museum café – immediate start.
The venue is open 7 days a week and the successful candidate will work 5 out 7 days, including weekends. Daytime shifts ranging mainly from 7:30am to 4:30pm.
Experience in a similar role is required.
About the role:
- Assisting the Head Chef to create menu items
- Supervise the food preparation process in all stations while delegating tasks
- Assisting with stock take and ordering
As a member of the kitchen team you will be ensuring that high standards of cleanliness and hygiene are maintained at all times whilst also helping with general food prep.
