We are seeking a talented and experienced Kitchen Designer to join our team.
We are looking for someone with an ambitious, can-do attitude who can build strong relationships with integrity. Working within our team of designers and reporting directly to the Design Team Leader, you will be taking an important role designing and selling kitchens to our customers.
Duties:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and requirements
- Create and present detailed kitchen layout plans and 3D visuals
- Select and recommend materials, finishes, and fixtures for the kitchen design
- Provide cost estimates for the kitchen design project
- Stay updated on current trends and innovations in kitchen design
Experience:
- Proven experience as a Kitchen Designer or similar role
- Proficient in using design software such as AutoCAD
- Strong knowledge of kitchen products and design principles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively build relationships with clients and team members
- Attention to detail and ability to work within budget constraints
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Please note we do not pay our designers commission, its a big part of our culture. Instead, we reward you for reviews and recommendations and also offer a performance bonus scheme.
We are a flexible employer so we are open to discuss set hours and days, predominantly based at home with the expectation to attend the head office in Bolton for training, team meetings etc. We do require Saturday and Sunday cover as a minimum.
Job Type: Permanent
Salary: £22,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
