Kitchen Team MemberDuties:- Prepare and cook food items according to recipes and quality standards- Assist with food preparation, including chopping, slicing, and measuring ingredients- Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently- Maintain a clean and organized work area- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines- Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operationsSkills:- Previous experience in a kitchen or food service environment preferred, but not required- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously- Excellent communication and teamwork skills- Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practicesAt our Care home we value teamwork, creativity, and a passion for delivering exceptional culinary experiences.
