THE ROLE
We are looking for a Kitchen Assistant to join our team at the Oak Tree Inn in Balmaha, recent winner of SLTN's Gastropub of the Year.
RESPONSIBILTIES
- Keep on top of cleaning all plates, crockery and kitchen equipment
- Wash and disinfect kitchen, store rooms and external areas
- Receive deliveries, store perishables properly, and rotate stock.
- Assist head chef in prep and service when required.
