We're looking for a Kitchen Assistant to join our team at Clumber Park. (Internally you'll be known as a Food & Beverage Team Member).

Hours: flexible 0 hour role - wherever possible we aim to offer a consistent working pattern, but we’re looking for flexibility as it may be necessary for us to alter this pattern from time to time to suit the needs of the business. You'll predominantly work weekdays, with some weekend working required.
Salary: £9.60 per hour, however this will increase on the 1st April 2023 to fall in line with the new National Living Wage. The salary offered here is for all who apply even if you are of school leaving age.
Duration: fixed-term contract for 12 months

What it's like to work here:Reporting to the Head Chef, you'll be based at Clumber Park, once the country estate of the Dukes of Newcastle. Clumber is a beautiful expanse of parkland, heath and woods covering more than 3,800 acres. What you'll be doing:With your love of working with people, positive attitude and desire to provide an excellent service, you’ll support the Kitchen Team in the successful delivery of our menu. Your duties will include basic food preparation and cleaning. From time to time you may be required to assist the front of house team to ensure our customers are looked after when they visit our Food and Beverage outlet.
You'll receive a bespoke induction, allergen/food safety training and the coaching required to fulfil in role. Further professional training & development opportunities are available.
