Hotel Collingwood is located in the centre of Bournemouth close to the beach. The hotel has been refurbished and has many regular returning guests. The restaurant offers high standard food which is a major reason guests love the hotel. Join our committed team who offer a great personal service.
Experience in the role is a requirement including knowledge and ability to cook breakfast.
Duties will include:
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness of kitchen utensils, equipment, plates and cutlery.
- Assist in setting up and clearing down of the kitchen each day
- Report faulty equipment problems to the Executive Chef
- Fully comply with Health & Safety and Food Hygiene regulations at all times
- Undertake any other duties and tasks as assigned by the Chef
Skills/Experience required
- Previous experience in a similar role is essential
- Self-motivation
- Excellent attendance and time keeping record
- Ability to work as part of a team
- You will need to be flexible and available for various shifts
- You will need to be reliable and conscientious in your work
