Job description
This position is a 1.0 FTE, working 187 days located at Jamestown ES.

Experience working with elementary students.
- Clear understanding of the educational needs of special education and general education students, which includes, but not limited to, assistance with physical, or sensory needs.
- Must be reliable, dependable and flexible.
- Assistants must meet the requirements of the NCLB and Elementary and Secondary Education Act (ESEA) at the time of hire.
- A high school diploma, and An Associate Degree or two years of college study.
- At least 60 semester hours
- a 455 on the parapro test

9. Click the Submit Application button to finish applying for an APS position(s).

Salary range based upon 23/24 pay plan. Houry range from $23.91/hr-$43.13/hr.
Newly hired employees with previous experience in their field may receive salary credit for up
to five years of experience related to the job being filled.
