Keyworker – Supporting Families
1 x Full-Time 37.5 hours per week
2 x Part time 15 – 30 hours per week
Fixed-Term - until March 2025 with an option to extend by 12 months to March 2026
£23,152 - £25,625 (FTE)

Job Purpose:
We are looking to appoint dynamic individuals to join our Children, Young People and Families team to deliver whole family work and one2one work with children, young people and parents in a variety of settings including family homes, schools, youth and community settings.
Keyworkers will support families to achieve the following outcomes:
- Good early years development
- Getting a good education
- Children safe from abuse and exploitation
- Improved mental and physical health
- Financial stability and secure housing
- Improved family relationships
A full time working week of 37.5 hours or part time hours of 15-30 hours per week will involve delivery after school and early evenings one to two times per week based on the needs of the caseload.
