As Key Worker HLTA Pastoral at Include PPP, you will assist with the provision of support for individual students with social emotional behaviour difficulties, helping them overcome barriers to learning inside and outside of school, in order to achieve their potential. The Key Worker will work with children on a one-to-one basis or in small or large groups.

We are looking for someone with a relevant professional qualification (NVQ level 2) in working with young people, e.g. teaching, youth and community work, social work, counselling, mentoring. You'll also need some experience leading the continued professional development of colleagues, and developing CPD programmes to help build capability.
Additional Information
Contract: Term time only - 37 hours per week - permanent
Salary: Up to £39,257 pro rata (35,083.83), depending on experience
