We are currently on the lookout for a Key Account Manager to join the team in Leighton Buzzard.
This role is a remote role but requires some travel to our Leighton Buzzard and our Client sites in the UK and Oversees.

Key Responsibilities:
Interfaces with key customers at management, leadership, & executive levels.
- Establish regular meeting cadences for assigned customers
- Become an expert on assigned accounts, develop customer specific strategies to manage account whilst achieving sales targets
- Interfaces on all levels within the business including Account Executive team, Customer Service, Engineering, Finance, Supply Chain, Program Management, and Operations.
- Interfaces with professional, skilled, semi-skilled and unskilled employees.
Key Requirements:
- Account Management and Contract development experience
- Demonstrated knowledge of the company’s customer base, their needs and requirements
- Aerospace account management and/or sales experience is preferred
- Technical background is desirable
- Bachelor’s degree (BS or BA) or equivalent desired; MBA preferred
- Engineering or Aviation experience is preferred
