Kingswood Group are pleased to be assisting a growing business on the outskirts of Colchester with the recruitment of two Key Account Managers.
Working within a new team who will be part of the sales and marketing department, this role will be key in managing the existing contracts, identifying new clients and ensuring they maintain excellent relationships with all. It can be fast-paced that will require a confident, capable and customer led individual.
Duties will include;
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with external partners
- Understand customer needs and their challenges, offering solutions
- Provide updates on services, products and any contract changes regularly
- Drive revenue by growing and nurturing accounts
- Engage in site visits and regular meetings
- Review key accounts, carrying out reports and analysing metrics to ensure performance and identify possible improvements
- Attending trade fairs, conferences and other sales opportunities

There will be product training given and development opportunities within this organisation exist.
Hours are 8am - 5.30pm but there can be some flexibility if required.
Initially office based with future hybrid working.
