SO, WHAT’S THE STORY?

Our B2B business is central to supporting Dr. Marten’s brand expansion as we continue to invest in wholesale, elevating our brand presence and consumer experience at all touch points. As a Key Account Manager, you’ll be responsible for delivering our B2B strategy through the end-to-end management of our most strategic partners within the EMEA wholesale business.

THE GIG

As our Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing best-in-class, 360-degree account management to strategic accounts.
  • Prioritising analysis of the accounts’ sales data, managing and updating current reports to share with key stakeholders, and creating action plans where necessary.
  • Supporting the Sales Manager on the 1 and 3 yearly Action/Strategic plans, aligning with both Pan EU and EMEA strategies.
  • Drive the seasonal business planning process in partnership with all internal stakeholders.
  • Delivering seasonal and annual sales targets in a responsible and managed way.
  • Understanding the role of direct-to-consumer channels and how wholesale interconnects across the business.
  • Setting the product assortment agenda across all categories.
  • Working closely with internal stakeholders to ensure the provision of the very best operational and service levels.
  • Collaborating with commercial teams within the region to ensure alignment and synergy across all markets that your strategic accounts are present.

THE STUFF THAT SETS YOU APART

Put simply, for this role the key things we’re looking for are:

  • Proven strategic key account management experience within Footwear, Apparel, or other relevant sectors. Preferably in a Pan EU / Multimarket environment
  • Highly proficient at sales analysis, report building and action plans
  • First-rate strategic planning and presentation skills
  • Highly influential and capable of working with internal and external partners at all levels
  • Proven track record in developing, implementing, and adapting Strategic Account Plans
  • Ability to navigate fast-moving matrix organisations and drive accountability for themselves and others
