You will be part of a dynamic, motivated, and open-minded sales team, empowering those who strive for more across the UK and Ireland region. You will be responsible for a selection of Key Accounts, working from a Home Office (in the UK/Ireland) whilst periodically visiting the EMEA office in Amsterdam.
Your Impact
- Oversee end-to-end sales process for a select group of Key accounts (i.e., sell-in, sell-out, assortment selection, in-season orderbook management).
- Provide accurate sales forecasting on a weekly, monthly & annual basis.
- Analyze sell through data throughout the season and take responsibility for driving mutual and sustainable growth.
- Meet assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned accounts.
- Drive the go-to-market process and conduct sales presentations in 1-1 & group sales meetings.
- Establish productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts.
- Coordinate the cross-functional involvement of company teammates in order to meet account performance objectives and customers’ expectations.
- Proactively lead a joint company-strategic account planning process that develops mutual performance, objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones for a one and three-year periods.
- Proactively assess, clarify, and validate customer needs on an ongoing basis.
Qualifications

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
- Educated to Bachelor’s degree level (or above) is preferred.
- 5 years of experience in a commercial role, preferably within a Key Account selling environment.
- Experience & interest working with Digital accounts and within the Sporting Goods industry is a plus.
- Highly self-motivated, well organized and results driven personality.
- Effective communication and negotiation skills.
- Excellent Excel skills with a strong data driven mindset, coupled with the ability to analyse data and make recommendations based on analysis.
- PowerPoint presentation skills and the ability to deliver strong presentations 1:1 and to small groups.
- Strong orientation towards teamwork.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with other areas of the business such as Account Service, Marketing and Logistics.
Workplace Location
- Location: Home Office, based in the UK.
- Travel: Open to travel (between 20% and 50% of the time).
- Licenses/Certifications: Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
