We have a fantastic opportunity for a driven and customer focused Key Account Executive to join our growing B2B sales team. In this key role, you’ll take responsibility for supporting key customer relationships including the creation and management of annual plans and building the business for long term mutual benefit. This role would suit someone with proven experience in a National, Key or Major Accounts role (ideally within FMCG environment) who is looking to join a growing business and work on some significant household name accounts.

A bit about the role...
Reporting into the Senior Account Manager, you will manage day to day customer tasks and drive the account KPI’s to increase sales/profit. You’ll work with stakeholders across the business as well as your external customers and provide support to the Senior Account Manager with reporting, data analysis, business reviews and various adhoc projects. Key responsibilities will include (but not limited to)
- Develop and maintain customer relationships and grow network of relationships across business
- Accountable for the commercial performance of Costa B2B through all customer channels where appropriate by customer
- Support the new and existing contract negotiation and process
- Provide accurate forecasting of monthly sales performance and installs
- Develop and implement specific customer strategies and joint business plans that are relevant to consumer and customer needs to deliver P&L –5 year outlook
- Ability to interpret and report on insights from various data sources to identify and predict future trends
- Facilitate monthly and quarterly reviews with key stakeholders internal and external with remedial plans to identify course of action

- Sales experience within in a fast-paced commercial environment within a national, key account or regional account executive role
- Proven track record gained ideally within grocery, convenience and/or forecourt channels
- A good understanding of Self-Serve Coffee environment
- Ability to achieve sales and performance targets
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Passion for and flair for working with data and competent user of Excel
- Team player
