YOUR ROLE
- Join Henkel’s Consumer Adhesives Team as a Key Account Digital Sales Graduate
- You will utilize digital tools and a variety of 1st and 3rd party data sources to map and analyse key stakeholder networks of large accounts
- Respond to real-time account & prospect intelligence to build relationships
Utilize LinkedIn Sales Navigator as a key social prospecting tool
- You will assist the Account-Based Marketing (ABM) Director to build solid relationships through digital networking
- Be the pivotal ‘right-hand’ of the Global Key Account Managers and support with all day-to-day activities
- You will work cross functionally and be the key connection between the Marketing & Sales teams

This is the perfect opportunity for a graduate looking to learn and embrace the most modern and effective marketing & sales approach using the very latest digital tools. This one-year programme is designed to develop knowledge, skills and expertise across a wide range of Account-Based Marketing – digital marketing, social media networking & prospecting; account management and commercial planning.
YOUR SKILLS
- You should graduate (before September 2023 and no more than two years prior) with a Bachelor, Masters (or equivalent) degree from Business, Digital Marketing or related field
- Desire to learn more about the ever-growing practice of Account-Based marketing (ABM)
Digitally savvy
- Good judgement and creative thinking with a positive sense of initiative
- Strong analytical skills and eye for detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Computer literate and confident with the MS Office suite and other computer systems
- Full clean UK driving licence
Timelines for this recruitment process
