We’re looking for Junior Wellhead Field Service Technicians to join the Score Europe Team, based out of our Great Yarmouth & Peterhead facilities.

About the role
Due to significant growth and demand of our Wellhead services division we are looking for Junior Wellhead technicians who have a previous ‘Well operations’ background (from wireline/coiled tubing/well-test etc) looking to train to become competent Wellhead Technicians.
The WHFST will be responsible for providing integrity testing and overhauling of Christmas Trees and Wellhead components either offshore or on remote sites for our clients.
The WHFST can be deployed to support various work scopes globally as and when required. For these positions most of the work will be mobilised from Score Group’s Great Yarmouth or Peterhead base assisting with their North Sea and Europe requirements.
The WHFST will provide ad-hoc and rotational services on a call out basis and will be paid a competitive salary with a daily bonus for offshore or remote site working.

Primary responsibilities
- Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with company policies, procedures, standards and work instructions
- Support and assist overhaul and recertification of Christmas trees and Wellhead components
- Support and assist integrity testing of Wellhead components
- Support & assist sealant injection operations
- Troubleshooting and problem solving of all Wellhead components
- Execution of risk assessments and hazard assessments on all related work scopes
- Deliver toolbox talks on all related work scopes
- Conduct site/ offshore surveys and produce detailed reports of the equipment detailed above in accordance with the client and or company’s requirements
- Responsible for storage and return of all materials, equipment and tooling from the off-site location
- Report to focal point on a regular basis
- Any other reasonable duties as required to meet the needs of the business
Experience
- Previous experience within a Junior Well operations related role is essential
- Previous offshore experience is essential
- decommissioning experience is an advantage
Qualifications
- NVQ level 3 (or equivalent) in relevant technical discipline or proven track record of well operations
- Completed an engineering apprenticeship or equivalent (preferred)
- All offshore certifications completed (BOSIET and MIST)
