Junior UI/UX Designer role:
As a Junior UI/UX Designer, you will work, with the support of your team, on interaction design, user research, and design facilitation. You will learn all about the user journey, functionality and design limitations of the client’s digital systems in order to shape best practice of User Experience across the Havas Lynx Group.
Role responsibilities
- You will provide support to the design/digital teams with regards to UX matters through research into trends in the digital healthcare domain
- You will collaborate with the design/digital teams during product development phases in order to refine user experience
- You will play an active role in user testing which informs our recommendations moving forward
- You will work closely with your team to understand client’s requirements for digital projects, adding value by inputting to UI/UX design concepts presented to the client
- You will identify the needs of planning & strategy and accounts teams, bringing design and research insights to produce solutions which work for our clients
- You will look to continue embedding common UX practice into the team, e.g. user journey mapping, design thinking approach etc.
- You will support in adapting our UX processes, so they are quickly and easily repeatable within the team, e.g. tools and or design assets for journey mapping
- You will ensure digital design work is fit for development before going into the lynx labs team
The successful candidate will:
- Have an understanding of how digital applications are created
- A strong interest in UI/UX
- Hold a degree in a relevant subject
- Hold a portfolio showing case studies of the process as well as the end result. We really want to see your thought process and approach!
- Ideally be familiar with Sketch and Figma (not essential)
