Location: Oxfordshire - Office based with site visits
Salary: Up to £25,000 per year
Job Type: Monday to Friday 0730-1630, full time, employed
Requirements: Some experience of construction or land-based services delivery

Requirements of our Junior Contract Manager role:
- Some experience working office based with site visits, typically within construction, arboriculture, landscaping or grounds maintenance.
- Confident building and maintaining a positive rapport with clients and fostering a good working environment with team members.
- Be a part of further growing the business and winning new work.
- Driver’s licence as you will travel to sites for visits.
Desirable but not essential:
- Working knowledge of Tree Preservation Orders and Conservation checks.
Responsibilities of our Junior Contract Manager role:
- You will be the main point of contact for key clients, ensuring their needs are met and quality services are consistently delivered.
- You will be effective at reviewing and streamlining processes to drive efficiency, produce key documents for clients and develop performance reporting and recognition of staff.
- You will assist with managing the operational workload, ensuring there is adequate capacity for the business to operationally meet clients’ needs and deliver the agreed works.
- You will work to specific schedules and timescales with great attention to detail.
